Assemble is seeking a results-driven Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and drive growth within member companies. You will map accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate outreach to bring in qualified conversations that expand seats, boards, and councils.

You will collaborate with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors, using CRM data and feedback to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and playbooks.

Formación

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to engage executives up to the C-level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and following detailed operating procedures, including keeping CRM records accurate.
• Curious researcher with ability to map organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to senior decision-makers and schedule qualified conversations.
• Map accounts to identify engagement opportunities and whitespace.
• Book qualified conversations and hand off context to teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and summits.
• Work cross-functionally to drive account growth.
• Refine targeting and outreach playbooks using data.
