Job summary

Assemble is hiring a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to peer-driven conversations. You will map accounts, identify opportunities, and schedule qualified conversations while collaborating with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors to grow member engagement.

You'll maintain expertise on Assemble’s communities, boards, and summits, while refining outreach plays and CRM data to improve efficiency and outcomes in a fully

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior executives.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who enjoys understanding organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front line of growth, connecting with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table.
• Research and map each member account to identify opportunities and reach new executives.
• Schedule qualified conversations and hand off with context to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities and networks across boards, councils, and summits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth and refine targeting and outreach playbooks.
