Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to peer-driven conversations. You will map accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and book qualified meetings to drive seat, Board, and Council growth across member companies.

You will work with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors, carrying monthly goals while refining outreach through CRM data and feedback to strengthen member relationships.

Formación

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Relationship-builder who can engage executives up to the C-level with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when reaching out to senior executives.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and following detailed procedures, in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who enjoys mapping organizational structure.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual and team goals for qualified briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities created on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts in your Practice with relevant first touches.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a large pipeline.
• Research and map each member account to uncover whitespace for seat, Board, and Council expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for the Director of Community Growth and the Membership team with clear context.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, Boards, Councils, summits, and network.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams on projects and strategy that drive account growth.
• Use CRM data and member feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach playbooks.
