Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to peer-driven conversations. You will map accounts, identify opportunities, and reach new executives who would benefit from our Boards, Councils, and summits.

You’ll book qualified conversations and hand them off with clear context to move expansion forward. You’ll work toward monthly goals with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors, strengthening member

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Relationship-builder who can engage executives up to the C-level with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and CRM records in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who enjoys understanding organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team goals for qualified briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities created.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts in your Practice with relevant first touches.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a large pipeline.
• Research and map each member account to find new executives and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand over context before each meeting.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that drive account growth.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and playbooks for efficiency.
