Pax8 is hiring a Remote Executive Coach in the USA to mentor IT managed service provider leaders. You will build trusted one-to-one relationships, challenge thinking, and turn business goals into progress while leveraging Pax8 Academy content and evolving tools.

This role is remote within the United States and requires deep MSP experience. You’ll guide executives through priorities, obstacles, and measurable actions, while maintaining clear records and contributing to participant learning

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in an MSP context.
• Familiarity with structured business operating systems (EOS or similar).
• Practical experience with PSA platforms used by IT providers.
• Broad understanding of IT software and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted one-to-one coaching relationships with MSP leaders.
• Help clients translate priorities into actionable plans with accountability.
• Capture progress and share insights to improve partner performance.
