Pax8, Inc. is seeking a Remote Executive Coach in the USA to guide IT managed service provider leaders from ambition to action through high-impact coaching and practical business guidance.

You’ll build trusted, one-to-one relationships, challenge assumptions, and help translate business goals into tangible progress, all while leveraging Pax8 Academy resources. You will work with senior leaders, bring real MSP experience, and stay current with evolving Pax8 tools and marketplace dynamics, shaping

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership or management experience within an IT MSP.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System or another structured operating system is advantageous.
• Must have practical familiarity with professional services automation platforms used by IT providers (ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya).
• A broad understanding of IT applications, software, and the business processes behind a successful technology organization.
• The ability to build credibility with senior leaders, listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and offer candid, actionable challenge.
• Proven experience helping people translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and measurable action.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted one-to-one relationships with a portfolio of MSP leaders.
• Turn strategy into action by helping clients identify priorities and translate plans into outcomes.
• Bring real-world MSP insight into coaching conversations to connect business principles with daily realities.
• Develop client capabilities and teach approaches they can apply after coaching ends.
• Share patterns and insights to support partner-facing thought leadership with Pax8 Academy Content team.
• Deepen coaching craft and knowledge of business operating systems.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching activity, outcomes and time.
• Contribute to peer-group facilitation and instructor development.
• Represent Pax8 in the community and at relevant industry events.
