Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Remote Executive Coach in the USA to help MSP leaders turn ambition into action through coaching, practical business guidance, and the Pax8 Academy framework.

You will build trusted 1:1 relationships with a portfolio of partners, challenging their thinking, creating accountability, and turning business goals into measurable progress while staying current with evolving technology and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership or management experience within an IT MSP
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or another structured operating system is advantageous
• Practical familiarity with Professional Services Automation platforms used by IT providers (ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya)
• Broad understanding of IT applications, software, and business processes behind a technology organization
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders, listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and offer candid, actionable challenge
• Proven experience helping people translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and measurable action
• Confidence navigating difficult conversations and resolving conflict constructively
• Excellent organization, presentation, client-service, and written communication skills
• Willingness to attend relevant industry events
• Desire to develop others while respecting diverse starting points

Responsibilities

• Build trusted one-to-one coaching relationships with MSP leaders
• Turn strategy into action by identifying priorities and translating plans into outcomes
• Bring real-world MSP insight into coaching conversations
• Teach clients approaches they can apply long after coaching ends
• Share themes and insights to inform partner-facing thought leadership
• Deepen coaching craft through EOS and other proven practices
• Capture progress with clear, timely records of activity and outcomes
• Contribute to peer-group facilitation and instructor development
• Represent Pax8 in industry events and partner communities
