Job summary

Pax8 is hiring a Remote Executive Coach in the USA to guide MSP leaders from ambition to action. You will coach with accountability, provide practical business guidance, and leverage Pax8 Academy principles to strengthen partner outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships, challenge assumptions, and translate ambitious plans into achievable results while evolving with new technology and the Pax8 marketplace.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience within an IT MSP.
• Familiarity with structured business operating systems (EOS or similar).
• Practical familiarity with professional services automation platforms used by IT providers (ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya).
• Broad understanding of IT applications, software, and business processes behind a tech org.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and offer candid challenge.
• Experience translating strategy into priorities and measurable actions.

Responsibilities

• Create powerful coaching relationships with MSP leaders, driving accountability and progress.
• Turn strategy into action by helping clients identify priorities and translate plans into outcomes.
• Share coaching insights to build partner-facing thought leadership with Pax8 Academy.
• Develop knowledge of EOS and other coaching practices to deepen craft.
• Capture progress with clear records and contribute to peer-group facilitation.
