Job summary

Pax8, a leading global AI and cloud marketplace, seeks a Remote Executive Coach in the USA to guide MSP leaders from ambition to action, drawing on practical business insight and Pax8 Academy principles.

You will coach a diverse portfolio of partners, translate strategy into priorities, and help leaders build capability and accountability, while contributing to thought leadership and events.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership or management experience within an MSP.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System or another structured operating system is advantageous.
• Practical familiarity with professional services automation platforms used by IT providers (ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya).
• Broad understanding of IT applications, software, and business processes behind a tech organization.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted one-to-one coaching relationships with MSP leaders.
• Turn strategy into priorities and translate ambitious plans into achievable outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions and hold clients accountable for progress.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely records of coaching activity and outcomes.
• Represent Pax8 at events and contribute to Pax8 Academy content.
