DCM Services in the United States is seeking an Account Representative to serve as the primary contact resolving accounts for deceased individuals, interacting with estates, attorneys, and family representatives with empathy and precision.

Remote in South Carolina, this full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and compassionate communication while documenting accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and supporting our clients through the resolution process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing.
