Job summary

DCM Services, LLC is seeking an Account Representative to serve as a primary contact in resolving estate accounts for deceased individuals, working with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This remote role is based in Virginia and requires empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

You will generate outbound calls, document accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements while upholding privacy and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
• Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities
• Accurately document accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed
• Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing
