DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative who will serve as a key contact, resolving estates and coordinating with attorneys and family representatives. This remote role in Tennessee emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction.

You will generate outbound calls, document accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements while upholding privacy and client requirements in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.

Mansioni

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing.
