DCM Services, LLC is seeking an Account Representative to serve as a primary point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working closely with estates, attorneys, and families in Florida. This full-time, remote role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professional communication.

You will generate outbound and respond to incoming calls, document accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements while upholding privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements
• Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities
• Accurately document accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed
• Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing
