DCM Services, LLC is a nationally recognized leader in estate and specialty collections. The Account Representative role is remote in Virginia, full-time, non-exempt, serving as a main contact to resolve accounts for deceased individuals.

You will coordinate with estates, attorneys, and family representatives with empathy and professionalism. Join a supportive team that values accuracy, privacy, and compassionate communication while maintaining compliance and documenting all interactions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain necessary estate information and follow up with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing.
