DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to work remotely in Tennessee. You will resolve accounts for deceased individuals, collaborating with estates, attorneys, and family representatives in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism, with full-time, non-exempt status and benefits. A licensed debt-collector credential is expected or obtainable.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector (or ability to obtain licensure) required.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems.

• Generate outbound calls and handle incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Protect company information security and privacy.
• Accurately document accounts in the system.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain estate information and coordinate with attorneys or representatives.
