Job summary

CAI Software seeks a Project Manager to lead Graphic Communications ERP implementations for external customers in a remote US role. You will develop project plans, manage scope, schedules and budgets, and coordinate diverse teams to deliver on time and within scope, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience delivering software solutions, SaaS projects, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years delivering software solutions and SaaS projects.
• Ability to manage external customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong foundation in project management methodologies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of presentation/persuasive communication skills.
• Knowledge of Print industry would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Development of project plans – resources, timeframes, budgeting, risks, and change management.
• Manage project delivery per approved plans and budgets; document progress.
• Stakeholder management with regular communication.
• Project status reporting against milestones and budget.
• Manage issues, risks, and change control processes.
• Align projects to customer strategic and operational plans; obtain sign-offs.
• Post-implementation reviews to identify improvements.
• Manage invoicing and project financials.
