Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. This remote contract role will partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of project management experience, excellent communication with stakeholders, and strong expertise in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, governance, and project planning tools such as

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive project management experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle of large engineering projects.
• Proficient with governance, risk and change control processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Planisware.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through closure within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop charters, objectives, deliverables, budgets and schedules.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources and changes.
• Communicate status to sponsors, PMOs and steering committees.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance standards and documentation.
