Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology projects remotely from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to drive project success while following established governance standards.

The candidate should have 7+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver value across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/IT/PM
• 7+ years of progressive PM exp. incl. large engineering projects
• Experience with full project lifecycle and governance

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through closure within scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop charters, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and schedules with sponsors
• Monitor plans, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and changes
• Communicate status to stakeholders, PMOs and steering committees
• Coordinate resources and staffing with functional managers as needed
• Ensure adherence to PM standards and governance requirements
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes
• Track financials and resource allocations across fiscal periods
• Realize benefits and business value with stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned
