enGen seeks an Epic Analyst/Administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and document workflows. You will communicate with end users to understand issues and implement fixes.

The role includes independent management of small to medium projects, stakeholder updates, and problem-solving to resolve routine to moderately complex issues. Remote-based with travel 0-25%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and user workflows; document and train on changes.
• Configure Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and update systems with new functionality.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to resolve Epic issues.
