Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications in a remote-based role. You’ll perform business analysis, define requirements, design workflows, and resolve end-user issues, collaborating with clinical and IT teams to optimize the Epic environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Epic experience, an Epic Application Certification, and a track record in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree requirement; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory preferred.
• 3 years healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow and user experience.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and support end users.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
