Job summary

enGen is seeking a skilled Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. The role involves business and systems analysis, requirements definition, documentation, system design, and working with end users to resolve issues.

You will plan and test changes, maintain Epic environments, provide end-user guidance, and contribute to small-to-medium projects. This remote-based position requires 3 years of Epic systems administration experience and Epic certification

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements; documents workflow; supports environments with domain knowledge.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; guides end users.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
