enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, and document solutions while communicating with end users to resolve issues.

The role requires managing small to medium projects and delivering timely updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities include configuring Epic workflows, maintaining documentation, and providing end-user training and support.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents specifications.
• Performs workflow analysis and documents end-user experience.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows.
• Provides guidance and support to end users to resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders regularly.
