enGen is seeking a skilled Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic environments. You will analyze user requirements, document workflows, and implement solutions to improve end-user experience across ambulatory Epic modules.

The role requires interpreting business needs, providing training materials, and guiding end-users through new functionalities. Remote-based work with potential travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflow.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to support workflows.
• Lead small to medium projects and update stakeholders.
