Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, document requirements, design solutions, and assist end users in resolving issues.

The role requires at least 3 years of Epic systems administration, with Epic Ambulatory experience preferred and a degree in a related field. This remote-based position offers exposure to multiple Epic environments and opportunities to lead small projects.

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; substitutions allowed with 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred: Epic Ambulatory experience and 3 years of healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflows and user experience.
Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; troubleshoots issues.
Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
Performs root cause analysis to resolve problems.
