Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. You will perform business analysis, requirements definition, and system design, while assisting end-users and developing training materials.

The role focuses on configuring Epic, testing, documenting workflows, and providing guidance to users. Remote-based with travel as needed; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Preferred: Epic Ambulatory
• Preferred: 3 years of healthcare industry experience

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflows.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
