Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Certification within 6 months is required.
• Preferred: Epic Ambulatory experience and healthcare industry background.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate user needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic application(s) in ambulatory settings.
• Analyze requirements, document solutions, and train end-users.
• Design and implement workflows within Epic environments for standardized processes.
• Lead small to medium projects and provide regular progress updates.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
