enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications. The role includes business analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and end-user support to implement solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of Epic modules administration, healthcare experience, and Epic Ambulatory familiarity. Epic Certification within 6 months is required; remote-based with travel 0-25%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; fixes issues and trains end-users.
• Contributes to and manages small to mid-size projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
