Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, configure and optimize modules, and collaborate with care managers, clinicians, and informatics teams.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, incident and enhancement coverage, and supporting quarterly updates while upholding Epic best practices.

Qualifications

• Requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification or accreditation.
• Experience with CMS quality programs (HEDIS) and risk adjustment.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinicians and informatics teams.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancements.
• Assist with quarterly Epic update processes and best practices alignment.
