Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows, partnering with care managers and informatics teams to implement scalable solutions.

The role requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification, extensive experience with Epic modules, CMS/HEDIS familiarity, and a track record of delivering reliable, testable configurations. Competitive benefits apply.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree is required.
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and optimized Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Develop and execute test plans; manage incident coverage and enhancements.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical leadership, and informatics teams on solutions.
• Support quarterly Epic update processes and ensure best practices for patient care.

Educación

5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required)

7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)

Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
