Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and optimizing Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, partnering with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams to implement scalable, best-practice solutions.

Responsibilities include test planning, incident coverage, enhancements, and managing project components.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with application build experience
• Build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, build and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration
• Partner with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams to propose standard, foundation-aligned solutions
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancement requests; work on project-level tasks
• Oversee smaller projects or components; support quarterly Epic updates and best practices
