Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support, build, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and configuration, partnering with care managers and informatics teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, incident coverage, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across the care continuum.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day support for Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and configuration
• Develop and optimize care coordination workflows with cross-functional teams
• Develop test plans and support incident coverage and enhancements
• Support quarterly Epic update process and best practices for patient care
