Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support day-to-day operations, optimize care management workflows, and collaborate with care managers, clinical leadership, and informatics teams to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities include test plan development, incident coverage, and handling enhancement requests, with emphasis on Epic Healthy Planet and related modules; familiarity with CMS quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation required.
• Build experience with Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiar with CMS quality programs and HEDIS.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Develop test plans and manage incident coverage and enhancement requests.
• Lead project work and coordinate with cross-functional teams across care continuum.
• Support quarterly Epic updates and adhere to Epic best practices.
