Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows. This fully remote role collaborates with care managers, clinical leaders and informatics teams to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions that improve patient care.

The candidate will build and test plans, handle incidents and enhancements, and work across care settings to support Epic best practices and quarterly updates.

Qualifikationen

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required).
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support, build and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations.
• Develop test plans; manage incident coverage and enhancement requests.
• Lead project work and coordinate with cross-functional teams across care continuum.
• Oversee smaller projects or components; support quarterly Epic updates and best practices.
