Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, coordinating with care managers, clinical leadership, and informatics to implement scalable, best-practice solutions across care settings.

The role involves test planning, incident coverage, and project work, plus collaboration for quarterly Epic updates.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification required.
• Experience building Epic workflows and care management configurations.
• 5+ years with degree or 7+ years without degree.
• Experience with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical/operations leadership, and informatics teams to standardize solutions.
• Develop test plans, manage incidents, and handle enhancement requests and project work.
• Support quarterly Epic update process and ensure best practices to benefit patients and providers.
