Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows, coordinating with care managers, clinicians, and informatics teams to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions across care settings.

Key responsibilities include test plan development, incident coverage, and supporting quarterly Epic updates, with emphasis on CMS programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Epic Healthy Planet configurations and improvements.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• Build experience with Epic modules such as Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows.
• Collaborate with care managers and clinical/operations leadership to propose scalable solutions.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancements.
• Support quarterly Epic update processes and ensure best-practice adoption.
