Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, coordinate with care managers and leadership, and ensure scalable solutions across care settings.

Responsibilities include test planning, incident coverage, and overseeing project components while supporting quarterly Epic updates and best practices to benefit patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Requires Epic Healthy Planet certification (Clinical or Analytics)
• Experience building/configuring Epic modules and care management workflows
• CMS quality programs knowledge (HEDIS, risk adjustment)

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate test plans
• Provide incident coverage and handle enhancement requests
• Lead project components and support quarterly Epic updates
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical leaders, and informatics teams
