Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support day-to-day operations, optimize care management workflows, and collaborate with care managers, clinical leaders, and informatics teams to implement scalable solutions.

The role requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification and extensive experience with Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation is required.
• Build experience with Epic modules like EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancements.
• Support quarterly Epic updates and best practices for patient care.
• Oversee smaller projects or components and coordinate cross-functional work.
