Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows. This fully remote position collaborates with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities include testing, incident coverage, and project-level work across multiple Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Epic Healthy Planet configuration, care management, and registries.
• Experience building and testing Epic workflows for ambulatory care and population health.
• Knowledge of CMS programs and risk adjustment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and manage incident coverage and enhancements.
• Lead projects and support quarterly Epic update processes.
• Collaborate with care teams and informatics to implement standardized solutions.
