Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and optimizing Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations to improve patient care.

You will work with care managers, clinical leaders, and informatics teams to implement standard solutions and participate in the quarterly update process. The role requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with preferred exposure to EpicCare

Qualifikationen

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with application build experience.
• Build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support, build and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration.
• Develop test plans, handle incident coverage and enhancement requests, and support project-level work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the care continuum and external community partners.
• Oversee smaller projects or components and support quarterly Epic update processes.
