Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, collaborating with care managers and clinical leaders to enable scalable patient care across settings.

Prior Epic certification and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with preferred experience in Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, and Cogito.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification is required.
• Experience building in Epic modules including Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs and HEDIS measures.

Responsibilities

• Develops test plans and coordinates incident coverage and enhancements.
• Manages project work and oversees smaller project components.
• Collaborates with care managers, clinical leaders, operations, architects, and informatics teams.
• Supports quarterly Epic update processes and adherence to best practices.
