Job summary
Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, collaborating with care managers, clinicians, and informatics teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include building configurations for Compass Rose programs, registries, care plans, and patient outreach tools; developing test plans; handling incidents and enhancements; and supporting quarterly Epic
Qualifications
- Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with build experience.
- Experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
- Familiarity with CMS quality programs and HEDIS measures.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
- Collaborate with care managers, clinicians and informatics to implement standard solutions.
- Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancements.
- Support quarterly Epic update process and adhere to best practices.
