Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day support, configuring and optimizing Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows to improve patient care and scalability.

You will collaborate with care managers, clinical leaders, and informatics teams, covering Compass Rose Programs, registries, care plans, and patient outreach solutions. 5+ years of relevant Epic Health Planet experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Epic Health Planet experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant Epic Health Planet experience without a degree.
• Experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification (Clinical or Analytics).
• Experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiar with CMS quality programs, HEDIS, and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows.
• Develop tests, handle incident coverage and enhancements.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams.
• Oversee small projects and contribute to quarterly Epic updates.
• Support scalability and standard foundation solutions.
