Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and coordinate with care managers, clinical leadership, and informatics to implement standard, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include building and configuring Epic Healthy Planet components, including registries, care plans, and patient outreach tools, with focus on population health across care settings.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required)
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Mansioni

• Develops test plans and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Provides incident coverage and handles enhancement requests.
• Oversees projects or components and supports quarterly Epic update processes.
• Collaborates with care managers, clinical leadership, and informatics to optimize workflows.
