Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This is a fully remote position, responsible for day-to-day support, build and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration.

Partners with care managers, clinical and operations leadership to recommend standard, foundation aligned solutions that improve patient care and allow for scalability.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet certification/ accreditation required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree required.
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree available.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Build and optimize care management and care coordination configurations.
• Partner with care managers and leadership to recommend scalable solutions.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancements.
• Support quarterly Epic updates and best-practices implementation.
