Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on day-to-day support, build and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration, collaborating with care managers and informatics teams.

The candidate should hold Epic Healthy Planet Certification with 5+ years of experience (with degree) or 7+ years without a degree, and be proficient in EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with application build experience (Required).
• Build experience with other Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, build and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration.
• Partner with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams to recommend standard, foundation-aligned solutions that improve patient care and scalability.
• Develop test plans, handle incident coverage and enhancement requests as well as project-level work.
• Work with cross-functional teams across the care continuum and with external community partners.
• Oversee smaller projects or components of projects and support quarterly update processes with Epic best practices.
