Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Analyst for Imaging Services. The role is fully remote with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and on-call responsibilities. Expect 40 hours weekly with remote work across several states including GA.
You will map and optimize Epic workflows, prepare requirements, and support training and implementation. Requires EPIC certification within 6 months, a BS in CS or related field, and ~3 years of IT/clinical experience with process mapping and testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- EPIC certification within 6 months and ongoing requirements.
- Typically 3 years in IT or clinical environments with mapping and testing experience.
- Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications; strong communication.
- Project management experience; able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Identify, map and analyze clinical/business processes for Epic applications.
- Prepare business requirements docs with diagrams and data models.
- Translate requirements into functional/technical specs; prioritize needs.
- Configure systems to meet business needs and test thoroughly.
- Develop training materials and train end-users.
