Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Analyst for a fully remote, dayshift role in the United States. You will analyze and optimize Epic workflows, map business processes, and prepare clear requirements for IT projects.

Required is a Bachelor’s in CS or related field and 3 years in IT/clinical environments with BPM, testing, and documentation. Knowledge of Epic and healthcare apps is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in IT or clinical environments with BPM, analysis, testing and documentation.
• EPIC knowledge and healthcare applications experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows and information requirements.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using BPM methods.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and data models.
• Evaluate whether proposed solutions meet business and clinical needs.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications and reviews.
