Advocate Health is seeking an IT Analyst for Epic implementation and optimization. The role involves mapping and improving clinical and business workflows, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions meet needs.

Remote with on-call duties, 40 hours/week, in a national remote scope with no visa sponsorship. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS or related field, 3+ years in IT/clinical settings, and experience with Epic and healthcare applications.

Formación

• Experience in using applications, operating systems and databases to include the basic hardware, platform, connectivity, and interface design.
• Experience in Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• Project management experience with ability to use project management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple tasks, be detail oriented and meet deadlines with strong customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes for Epic.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using best practices.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements with diagrams and models for discussion.
• Evaluate whether a proposed solution meets business and clinical needs.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
