Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a remote Epic Analyst for imaging services to optimize Epic workflows, map business processes, and translate user needs into precise system configurations. You will design tests, train users, and manage upgrades while collaborating with health-system stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, 3 years’ IT/clinical experience, and EPIC certification within 6 months. On-call and remote work eligibility apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Three years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, and documentation.
EPIC certification within 6 months as required by department.
Experience with Epic and other healthcare applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve Epic workflows for imaging services.
Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications and reviews.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts; conduct testing and track issues.
Provide client and user training; develop training materials and train trainers.
Monitor system functionality and adjust as needed; communicate project status to clinic users.
