Advocate Health seeks an Epic-focused IT business analyst to map, analyze and optimize clinical and business processes within Epic applications. You will translate user needs into functional specifications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and drive delivery from requirements to testing and deployment.

The role requires Epic experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fully remote environment across national sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• PM experience with project management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and balance multiple tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Understanding of change management practices.

Responsabilités

• Identify, map, analyze and improve clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map out critical business processes using industry standards.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements with diagrams and models.
• Evaluate whether a proposed solution meets business and clinical needs.
• Translate user requirements into design specifications and review with users.
• Prioritize requirements based on business needs and impact.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements and test accordingly.
• Develop test plans and scripts; validate performance of all functions.
• Provide training materials and train end-users as appropriate.
• Monitor system functionality and make changes as needed.
• Explain the application functionality to users and assist with usage.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including workflows and user guides.
• Complete change and quality control documentation per dept standards.
• Communicate project status and upgrades to clinic users.
